dog grooming

I need to know if my poodle terrier can have pom poms. He is 9 months old. If so tell me what best hair cut would yall recommend? Heres my picture.

Thats really kind of a personal call. I think he looks cute now, just keep him clipped a little shorter, maybe clean up his face. Its really up to you. What do you mean by pom poms?
